All our coffee is grown by our family between 4000 and 5500 feet of altitude in the Comayagua Mountains. It is a first class Arabica (SHG Grade Strictly High Grown). Only 1% of the worlds coffee qualified as SHG. Our coffee is also shade grown, wet processed with natural spring water, and double pass dried. Each bean has minimal to no imperfections. With all the ingredients that Mother nature gives us, the end result is an outstanding cup of coffee.
