Holiday Coffee Cocktails: Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini
1) Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini  🍸
This delicious recipe from Mary's Whole Life is one of our favorites!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 2 oz kahlua
  • 3 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled) or cold brew coffee
  • 2 oz half & half
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

FOR RIMS:
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Chocolate syrup

Dip the rim of 2 martini glasses in some chocolate syrup to coat, then dip them in the crushed candy canes.

Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Add the vodka, kahlua, espresso, creamer, and peppermint extract. Shake well for 60 seconds. Divide the mixture evenly between the 2 glasses and top with 3 espresso beans each.

Holiday Coffee Cocktails - Nutty Irish Coffee
2) Nutty Irish Coffee  🥃

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz baileys
  • 1 oz frangelico
  • 1 oz Irish whiskey
  • 4 oz fresh coffee (like our Christmas Blend)
  • Dollop of baileys whipped cream (instructions below)
  • Dash of nutmeg
Baileys Whipped Cream:
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 oz baileys
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

First, with a stand mixer, combine all whipped cream ingredients on a speed setting of 4 (to reduce splatter), then move to 6 right away. Keep an eye on it, it will fluff up pretty quickly! Scoop into a ziploc bag! Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Then

Combine baileys, Irish whiskey, and frangelico in your coffee mug. Add hot coffee & top with baileys whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy! ☕️
