Ingredients:
- 1-2 scoops of ice cream (if you want to keep it low calorie and low sugar, try Halo Top)
- 1-2 shots of espresso (or decaf espresso for an end-of-day, low-caffeine option)
- Alternatively, 1/4-1/2 cup of cold brew coffee (or decaf cold brew)

Instructions:
